Innovatex Hub is a Pakistan-based textile partner working with fashion, apparel and workwear brands internationally. We operate three specialist divisions — yarn, fabric and garments — and we are clear about how each one works. Yarn is traded and sourced through our established spinning-mill partners. Fabric is produced through our own manufacturing capability together with a selected group of partner mills. Garments, both fashion and workwear, are manufactured in our own setup.
Working with one partner across all three keeps specification, quality and communication consistent from fibre to finished product, while each division retains the depth of a specialist.

Our Process
How We Work
A consistent five-step process across all three divisions, so you always know where your order stands and who is handling it.
1. Understand the Requirement
We begin with your specification, end use, target price, volumes and timeline, then tell you upfront which division and which route is the right fit.
2. Match the Right Source
Yarn goes to our established spinning-mill partners, fabric to our own capability or a selected partner mill, garments to our in-house setup. You are told which route your order takes.
3. Sampling and Approval
We develop samples against your specification and confirm construction, shade, finish and fit in writing before anything is committed to bulk.
4. Production and Quality Control
Orders are monitored through production with in-line and final inspection against the approved sample and the standards agreed with you.
5. Delivery and Documentation
We manage packing, shipping documents and any certificates required for the order, so the goods and the paperwork arrive together.
