About the Fashion Division

We make to a specification, not to a trend board

Fashion buyers arrive with a tech pack, a reference sample or a sketch, and a delivery window that has already been promised to someone else. Our job is to tell you quickly whether it can be made the way you have drawn it, what it will actually cost in the fabric you want, and where the construction needs to change.

Production runs in our own garment setup, which means the person who made your sample is on the same floor as the line that runs your bulk. Where a specialist process sits outside our capability, we tell you which part is going to a specialist partner rather than quietly subcontracting it.

We work with fashion brands, retailers and private-label buyers who need development and bulk from the same place.

Across those groups we produce T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, joggers, leggings, activewear, dresses, jeans, shorts, skirts, jackets and shirts in knit and denim. Product types are limited to what our in-house setup can manufacture consistently — if something falls outside that, we will say so rather than take the order and find out later.

Denim

Where the stretch decides everything

Denim is the part of a fashion range where small fabric decisions have the largest consequences. Elastane content changes the pattern, the wash changes the hand and the shade, and both change how the finished garment ages on the customer.

We work across the full range — heavy non-stretch, lightweight stretch, comfort stretch and super stretch — and will tell you where the fit you have drawn will not hold in the fabric you have chosen. Wash and finish are developed to an approved standard and then held for the bulk run.

Fabric Sourcing & Inspection

Fabric sourced against your specification and inspected on arrival for weight, width, shade and faults.

Patterns engineered from your tech pack or reference sample, then a physical sample for approval.

Cutting & Industrial Stitching

Bulk cutting against the approved marker and stitching on dedicated industrial lines.

Reinforcement

Bartack and reinforced seaming at the points that decide how the garment survives wear and wash.

Quality Inspection

Inline and final inspection against a written checklist for the order.

Quality Control

Six checks, written down

  • Fabric GSM verification — weight confirmed against the specification before cutting
  • Shrinkage and wash testing — so sizing still holds after the customer's first wash
  • Colour fastness testing — particularly on prints, dyed denim and multi-colour styles
  • Seam strength testing — on the seams that carry load in wear
  • Durability testing — against the wear expectation for the product type
  • Final inspection before shipment — against the written checklist for that order
On MOQ and lead time. Both depend on product type, fabric, construction and finishing, so we confirm them after a technical review of your enquiry rather than quoting a fixed figure that turns out not to apply to your style.

What products does the Fashion Apparel division make?

What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?
MOQ and lead time depend on product type, fabric, construction and finishing. Both are confirmed after technical review of your enquiry rather than quoted as a fixed figure.

Please provide product type, quantity by style, size range, fabric and trims, branding and packaging requirements, destination and required delivery date. A tech pack or reference image helps us respond faster.
