We manufacture industrial workwear and protective clothing in our own garment setup in Lahore — fabric sourcing and inspection, pattern engineering, cutting, industrial stitching, reflective tape application, quality gates and export-ready packing, all under one roof.
About the Workwear Division
Workwear is bought against a document, not a photograph. The buyer has a fabric, a weight, a standard to meet, a set of pocket and closure details, and a delivery date — and the garment either matches that document or it does not.
Our workwear division is built around holding that document. Fabric is inspected on arrival, patterns are engineered for the specification rather than adapted from a nearby style, and construction is checked at defined gates rather than only at the end. Where flame resistance or high visibility is required, the material route and the evidence route are agreed in writing before anything is cut.
We work with distributors, industrial buyers and uniform suppliers who need a manufacturer able to repeat a specification order after order.

Coveralls, pant-and-shirt sets, jackets and cargo trousers in both inherent and treated flame-resistant materials.
Reflective vests, hi-vis jackets and supervisor and executive vests, with tape placement engineered to the class being targeted.
Cargo trousers, technician uniforms and corporate uniforms for daily industrial wear, built for wash cycles and abrasion.
Freezer jackets and trousers with flexible nylon outers and hypoallergenic linings, cut to allow unrestricted movement.

Flame resistance is achieved in one of two ways, and the choice drives price, lifecycle and who the garment is suitable for. We offer both, and we will tell you plainly which one your risk profile actually needs.
Fabric Capability
Treated FR fabrics. Pyrovatex® and Proban® treated cottons, and other FR chemical coatings, selected against the wash-cycle expectation for the role.
Inherent FR fabrics. Nomex®, Kevlar® blends, modacrylic blends, aramid-based fabrics and FR viscose blends, for permanent fibre-level protection.
Everyday industrial fabrics. Twill cotton, poly-cotton blends, cotton canvas and knit hi-vis fabrics, mercerized, sanforized and pre-shrunk where the specification calls for it.
Standards
These are the standards buyers most often specify for the garments we build. They describe what the product must achieve — not a certification that Innovatex Hub itself holds.
Working Process
Each step produces something that has to be signed off before the next one starts.
Fabric is sourced against the specification and inspected on arrival for weight, width, shade and faults.
Where a treated route is used, treatment and its supporting documentation are arranged before cutting.
Patterns are engineered to the specification and a sample is produced for approval.
Bulk cutting and stitching against the approved sample on dedicated industrial lines.
Bartack and reinforced seaming at the stress points that decide how long the garment lasts.
Heat-applied reflective tape positioned to the class and layout agreed for the order.
Inline and final inspection against a written checklist, with the record kept for the order.
Pressing, folding, labelling and packing to the buyer's packing specification.
Shipping and export documentation prepared and issued with the consignment.
In-House Capability
Dedicated lines for workwear construction, with reinforced seaming and bartack stitching at stress points.
Heat application of reflective tape, positioned and pressed for adhesion through repeated wash cycles.
Company logo embroidery, name patches and badge application to the buyer's artwork.
Transfer printing and heat pressing for marking, sizing and branding.
Capacity to run repeat bulk orders without development work queueing behind production.
Packing, cartoning and palletising to export standard, with barcode and RFID labelling where required.
Quality Control
What We Manufacture
These are the constructions we produce regularly. Each is a starting point: fabric, weight, closures, pocketing, tape layout and branding are all set by your specification.
The workhorse of industrial protection. Construction changes considerably depending on whether flame resistance is inherent, treated or not required at all.
Where a coverall is more than the job needs, a two-piece set gives the same protection route with better ventilation and easier laundry rotation.
Pocketing is where cargo trousers are won or lost — placement has to survive bending, kneeling and a tool belt without tearing out.
Hi-vis is a class question before it is a styling question: the class sets the minimum area of fluorescent fabric and retroreflective tape, and the layout follows from that.
